A person has the right to psychological and social security by providing him with protection against any attack or corruption of his private or public life.

The human right to a fair trial:

This is if a person is held accountable for a crime he committed, far from arbitrary arrest or imprisonment according to martial law in which a clear indictment is not presented.

The right to education:

A person has the right to learn in various educational institutions to obtain academic degrees that qualify him to enter the labor market and public life.

The right to health:

This is through providing health centers and hospitals that provide treatment and medicine for patients.

The right to work:

by providing him with various opportunities to work, and ensuring that he receives his wages for his work without delay or procrastination.

The right to political participation: This is through electing and running for various civil councils, and expressing one’s opinions freely without any political restrictions on that, or the threat of imprisonment or detention.

These are among the civil rights that are guaranteed to people in their homelands, and may not be derogated from or taken away.

The right to own and dispose of property:

People are partners in three things: air, pasture, and water .

Other than that, a person has the right to own and dispose of it by sale, endowment, gift, or mortgage.
